Nordic Walking is not only a form of exercise in it's own form, it is also an important exercise regards rehab through injury, or when recovering from a major illness such as heart conditions. We offer Nordic Walking classes to suite a variety of our clients needs.
Workout Classes, Well-being, Speed-Hyking & Adventure Walks classes are available after having passed a structured learning process. Once you have passed, you are ready to participate in the varied classes.
