A Sunday morning walk through the beautiful Ashdown forest. The walk is FREE and is open to anyone wanting to take part, bring partners if you wish. The Ashdown Forest is famous for the exploits of 'Winnie the Poo' and the author AA Milne who lived there. We will be taking a route that will take in 'Pooh stick's bridge'

Description

Suggested Kit list:

Solid trainers or light boots, small rucksack to contain water, snacks.Bring a woolly hat with you & gloves. If you are taking medication bring this with you, and do let me know.

Walking clothing should comfortable, and thinking about the layer system..Base layer, mid & top layer.Prepare for rain so bring a waterproof top.

The walk will be 15K. Starting at 09:30 and looking to finish for 14:00. If there are any issue's or questions you may have, please contact me. We will stop off at a local pub for drink by a warm fire.

When traveling down, please try and car share if you can.
