A Sunday morning walk through the beautiful Ashdown forest. The walk is FREE and is open to anyone wanting to take part, bring partners if you wish. The Ashdown Forest is famous for the exploits of 'Winnie the Poo' and the author AA Milne who lived there. We will be taking a route that will take in 'Poo stick's bridge'

Suggested Kit list:

Solid trainers or light boots, small rucksack to contain water, snacks.Bring a hat with a brim, sunblock. If you are taking medication bring this with you, and do let me know.

Walking clothing should be light and comfortable, but always prepare for rain so bring a light waterproof top.

The walk will be 15K. Starting at 09:30 and looking to finish for 14:00. If there are any issue's or questions you may have, please contact me.
